The course to become a banksman consists of thorough theory classes, as well as practical work on a construction project. The job itself requires a great deal of focus and being able to handle responsibilities, but let’s take it one step at a time! To enroll in the course, all you need is determination and medical clearance.
The base for becoming a good banksman is knowing your way around a construction site, as well as mastering how to tie the load safely and securely, act around the load, and assess risks.
Commitment to Excellence and Safety
The course is developed with future banksmen in mind and covers one-on-one mentorship. The duration of the banksman’s training is one month and includes working with experienced construction workers on real projects in order to hone your skills and get the full picture of what the job entails.
Upon completing the course and passing the test, trainees are given a certificate that qualifies them for construction work. The certificates are official documents recognized by the Labour Inspectorate, Health and Safety Inspectorate, as well as outside of Serbia.
On top of this, many of the Mavex construction banksmen who have been with us for years started off by completing this course. Your very first job as the banksman could be with us!
