The job of crane operators demands handling heavy machinery on the daily basis, so it is key for qualified workers to build up precision and patience. These are necessary for crane operators to avoid jeopardizing their own as well as safety of other workers on the construction site.
Commitment to Excellence and Safety
The course is developed with future crane operators in mind and covers one-on-one mentorship. The duration of crane operator training is one month, and includes both theoretical as well as practical work on site in order to allow the trainees the best chance of honing their skill and get the full picture of what the job entails.
Upon completing the course and passing the test, trainees are given are a certificate which qualifies them for construction work. The certificates are official documents recognized by the Labour Inspectorate, Health and safety inspectorate, as well as outside of Serbia.
On top of this, many of the Mavex construction crane operators which have been with us for years started off by completing this course. Your very first job as the crane operator could be with us!
